"عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ: أَنَّهُ وَرَّثَ الأَحْيَاءَ مِنَ الأَمْواتِ، وَلَمْ يُوَرث الْمَوْتَى بَعْضَهُمْ مِنْ بَعْضٍ، وَكَانَ ذَلِكَ يَوْمَ الْحَرَّةِ (*) ".
