quran:74:55 –

Then whoever wills will remember it.  

So whoever wills shall remember it, he shall read it and be admonished by it.
القرآن:٧٤:٥٥ –

فَمَنْ شَاءَ ذَكَرَهُ  

{فمن شاء ذكره} قرأه فاتعظ به.
