[Machine] "So you are my messenger to Al-Walid ibn Utabah, and he was the judge of Al-Kufa. Therefore, remind him and let him take action accordingly."

الحاكم:٧٩٧٢ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو يَحْيَى السَّمَرْقَنْدِيُّ ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى ثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ كَانَ ابْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ يَقُولُ فِي ابْنَةٍ وَأُخْتٍ الْمَالُ لِلِابْنَةِ فَقُلْتُ «إِنَّ مُعَاذًا قَضَى فِينَا بِالْيَمَنِ لِلِابْنَةِ النِّصْفُ وَلِلْأُخْتِ النِّصْفُ» قَالَ

فَأَنْتَ رَسُولِي إِلَى الْوَلِيدِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ وَكَانَ قَاضِيَهُ عَلَى الْكُوفَةِ فَمُرْهُ فَلْيَأْخُذْ بِذَلِكَ

«هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ» صحيح
