[Machine] "You are my messenger to Abdullah ibn Uthbata, so inform him of that." And he was his judge in Kufa.  

الدارمي:٢٩٢٢ – أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ الْأَسْوَدِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ أَنَّ ابْنَ الزُّبَيْرِ كَانَ لَا يُوَرِّثُ الْأُخْتَ مِنَ الْأَبِ وَالْأُمِّ مَعَ الْبِنْتِ حَتَّى حَدَّثَهُ الْأَسْوَدُ «أَنَّ مُعَاذَ بْنَ جَبَلٍ جَعَلَ لِلْبِنْتِ النِّصْفَ وَلِلْأُخْتِ النِّصْفَ» فَقَالَ

«أَنْتَ رَسُولِي إِلَى عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ فَأَخْبِرْهُ بِذَاكَ» وَكَانَ قَاضِيَهُ بِالْكُوفَةِ

فَأَنْتَ رَسُولِي إِلَى الْوَلِيدِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ وَكَانَ قَاضِيَهُ عَلَى الْكُوفَةِ فَمُرْهُ فَلْيَأْخُذْ بِذَلِكَ  

«هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ» صحيح

البيهقي:١٢٣٣٢ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ أنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ ثنا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ أَشْعَثَ بْنِ أَبِي الشَّعْثَاءِ عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ قَالَ قَضَى ابْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ فِي ابْنَةٍ وَأُخْتٍ فَأَعْطَى الِابْنَةَ النِّصْفَ وَأَعْطَى الْعَصَبَةَ سَائِرَ الْمَالِ فَقُلْتُ لَهُ إِنَّ مُعَاذًا قَضَى فِيهَا بِالْيَمَنِ فَأَعْطَى الِابْنَةَ النِّصْفَ وَأَعْطَى الْأُخْتَ النِّصْفَ فَقَالَ

عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ فَأَنْتَ رَسُولِي إِلَى عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ فَتُحَدِّثُهُ بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ وَكَانَ قَاضِيًا عَلَى الْكُوفَةِ
