[Machine] Mu'adh ibn Jabal decided in Yemen in favor of a girl and a sister, so he gave half to the girl and half to the sister.  

الدارمي:٢٩٢١ – أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ الثَّوْرِيِّ عَنْ أَشْعَثَ بْنِ أَبِي الشَّعْثَاءِ عَنْ الْأَسْوَدِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ قَالَ

«قَضَى مُعَاذُ بْنُ جَبَلٍ بِالْيَمَنِ فِي بِنْتٍ وَأُخْتٍ فَأَعْطَى الْبِنْتَ النِّصْفَ وَالْأُخْتَ النِّصْفَ»
