الحاكم:٧٤٤ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الصَّفَّارُ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى الْقَاضِي ثنا أَبُو مَعْمَرٍ وَأَخْبَرَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ أَيُّوبَ ثنا أَبُو حَاتِمٍ الرَّازِيُّ ثنا حَرَمِيُّ بْنُ حَفْصٍ قَالَا ثنا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْمَقْبُرِيُّ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ ﷺ «إِذَا تَوَضَّأَ أَحَدُكُمْ فِي بَيْتِهِ ثُمَّ أَتَى الْمَسْجِدَ كَانَ فِي صَلَاةٍ حَتَّى يَرْجِعَ فَلَا يَقُلْ هَكَذَا» وَشَبَّكَ بَيْنَ أَصَابِعِهِ «هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ الشَّيْخَيْنِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ» وَقَدْ تَابَعَهُ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَجْلَانَ

عَنِ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ وَهُوَ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ مُسْلِمٍ على شرطهما

الحاكم:٥٥١ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا بَكَّارُ بْنُ قُتَيْبَةَ الْقَاضِي بِمِصْرَ ثنا صَفْوَانُ بْنُ عِيسَى ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ ذَكْوَانَ عَنْ مَرْوَانَ الْأَصْفَرِ قَالَ رَأَيْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ أَنَاخَ رَاحِلَتَهُ مُسْتَقْبِلَ الْقِبْلَةِ ثُمَّ جَلَسَ يَبُولُ إِلَيْهَا فَقُلْتُ يَا أَبَا عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ أَلَيْسَ قَدْ نُهِيَ عَنْ هَذَا؟ قَالَ «إِنَّمَا نُهِيَ عَنْ ذَلِكَ فِي الْفَضَاءِ فَإِذَا كَانَ بَيْنَكَ وَبَيْنَ الْقِبْلَةِ شَيْءٌ يَسْتُرُكَ فَلَا بَأْسَ» «هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ الْبُخَارِيِّ فَقَدِ احْتَجَّ بِالْحَسَنِ بْنِ ذَكْوَانَ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ» وَلَهُ شَاهِدٌ
