[Machine] "He asked Aisha, 'How was the Prophet's reading from the Qur'an at night? Did he recite audibly or in a subdued voice?' She said, 'He would do both, sometimes reciting audibly and sometimes in a subdued voice.' He (the questioner) said, 'Praise be to Allah who has made ease in this matter.'"  

الحاكم:١١٦٧حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا بَحْرُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ ثنا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَنِي مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ أَبِي قَيْسٍ حَدَّثَهُ

أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ عَائِشَةَ كَيْفَ كَانَتْ قِرَاءَةُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ كَانَ يَجْهَرُ أَمْ يُسِرُّ؟ قَالَتْ «كُلَّ ذَلِكَ كَانَ يَفْعَلُ رُبَّمَا يَجْهَرُ وَرُبَّمَا يُسِرُّ» قَالَ قُلْتُ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي جَعَلَ فِي الْأَمْرِ سَعَةً  

«هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ مُسْلِمٍ» شَاهِدٌ لِحَدِيثِ أَبِي خَالِدٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

"I asked Aishah how the recitation of the Prophet (S) was at night. [Would he recite silently o audibly?] So she said: 'He would do both of those. Sometimes he was silent with his recitation and sometimes it was audible.' So I said: 'All praise is due to Allah, the One who made the matter broad.'"  

Abū ʿĪsá said that this Ḥadīth is Ḥasan-Ṣaḥīḥ-Gharīb.
الترمذي:٤٤٩حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ صَالِحٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي قَيْسٍ قَالَ

سَأَلْتُ عَائِشَةَ كَيْفَ كَانَ قِرَاءَةُ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ بِاللَّيْلِ أَكَانَ يُسِرُّ بِالْقِرَاءَةِ أَمْ يَجْهَرُ فَقَالَتْ كُلُّ ذَلِكَ قَدْ كَانَ يَفْعَلُ رُبَّمَا أَسَرَّ بِالْقِرَاءَةِ وَرُبَّمَا جَهَرَ فَقُلْتُ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي جَعَلَ فِي الأَمْرِ سَعَةً  

قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ غَرِيبٌ

[Machine] I asked Aisha, "How was the sleep of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ in a state of major impurity? Does he perform Ghusl (ritual bath) before sleeping?" She replied, "He used to do that sometimes, he would perform Ghusl and then sleep, and sometimes he would perform Wudu (ablution) and then sleep." I asked her, "How was the recitation of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ during the night? Would he recite aloud or silently?" She said, "He would do both, sometimes he would recite aloud and sometimes he would recite silently."

سَأَلْتُ عَائِشَةَ كَيْفَ كَانَ نَوْمُ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فِي الْجَنَابَةِ أَيَغْتَسِلُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَنَامَ؟ فَقَالَتْ كُلَّ ذَلِكَ قَدْ كَانَ يَفْعَلُ رُبَّمَا اغْتَسَلَ فَنَامَ وَرُبَّمَا تَوَضَّأَ فَنَامَ قَالَ قُلْتُ لَهَا كَيْفَ كَانَتْ قِرَاءَةُ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ أَيَجْهَرُ أَمْ يُسِرُّ؟ قَالَتْ كُلَّ ذَلِكَ قَدْ كَانَ يَفْعَلُ رُبَّمَا جَهَرَ وَرُبَّمَا أَسَرَّ
