Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There is no compensation for one killed or wounded by an animal or by falling in a well, or because of working in mines; but Khumus is compulsory on Rikaz."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ الْعَجْمَاءُ جُبَارٌ وَالْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ وَالْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسُ

Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "No bloodmoney will be charged if somebody dies in a mine or in a well or is killed by an animal; and if somebody finds a treasure in his land he has to give one-fifth of it to the Government."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ الْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ وَالْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ وَالْعَجْمَاءُ جُبَارٌ وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسُ

Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There is no Diya for persons killed by animals or for the one who has been killed accidentally by falling into a well or for the one killed in a mine. And one-fifth of Rikaz (treasures buried before the Islamic era) is to be given to the state."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ الْعَجْمَاءُ جُرْحُهَا جُبَارٌ وَالْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ وَالْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسُ

The Prophet ﷺ said, "There is no Diya for a person injured or killed by an animal (going about without somebody to control it) and similarly, there is no Diya for the one who falls and dies in a well, and also the one who dies in a mine. As regards the Ar-Rikaz (buried wealth), one-fifth thereof is for the state."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ الْعَجْمَاءُ عَقْلُهَا جُبَارٌ وَالْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ وَالْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسُ

No requital is payable for a wound caused by an animal, for (falling into) a well and a mine, and one-fifth (is the share of the government) in the buried treasure (treasure-trove).

The Messenger of Allah said: "The injuries caused by the well are without liability, [1] and beasts are without liability, and mines are without liability, and the Khumus is due on Rikaz."

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ as saying: No retaliation is payable for a wound caused by a dumb animal, for a mine, and for a well. On the treasure found buried in the land there is a fifth. Abu Dawud said: A dumb animal means an animal which is free and has not tether, and there is no one (as a watchman) with it. It causes harm by day and not by night.

[Machine] From the Prophet ﷺ, he said, "The metal is strong, the sailing ship is strong, the well is strong, and in the fifth is the scale."

[Machine] That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: The injury of the non-Arabs is severe, and the well is severe, and the mine is severe, and in the treasure is one-fifth.

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ جُرْحُ الْعَجْمَاءِ جُبَارٌ وَالْبِئْرِ جُبَارٌ وَالْمَعْدِنِ جُبَارٌ وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسُ

[Machine] On the authority of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ who said: "The wound of the non-Arabs is curable, and the metal is curable, and the well is curable, and in the fifth is the treasure."

عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ الْعَجْمَاءُ جَرْحُهَا جُبَارٌ وَالْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ وَالْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسُ

[Machine] That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The injury caused by blunt objects is severe, and so is falling into a well, and so is falling on a rock, and in the distribution of war booty, one-fifth is allocated."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ جَرْحُ الْعَجْمَاءِ جُبَارٌ وَالْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ وَالْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسُ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ الْعَجْمَاءُ جَرْحُهَا جُبَارٌ وَالْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ وَالْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسُ

[AI] From the Prophet ﷺ, who said: "The mine entails no liability, the well entails no liability, and on buried treasure one-fifth is due."

عَن النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قال: «المعدن جُبَار، والبئر جُبَار، وفي الركاز الخمس.»

اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قال المعدن جبار والبئر جبار وفي الركاز الخمسوَهَذَا الحديثُ لاَ نَعْلَمُ رَوَاهُ عَنْ عَاصِمٍ وأبي حصين عن أبي صالح إلا قيس

اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم العجماء جُبَار والبئر جُبَار والمعدن جُبَار وفي الركاز الخمس

اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ المعدن جبار والبئر جبار والبهيمة جبار وفي الركاز الخمس

اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قال البهيمة عقلها جبار والبئر جبار وفي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسَ

عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ المعدن جبار والبئر جبار وفي الركاز الخمسولا نعلم روى حديث المصراة إلا حماد بن الجعد

"المعدنُ جُبارٌ، والبئر جُبَارٌ، والسَّائمةُ جُبَارٌ، والرِّجْلُ جُبَارٌ، وفي الركازِ الخُمس".

" الدابة جُرْحُها جُبَار، والرِّجْلُ جُبَار، والبئرُ جُبَار، والمعدن جُبَار، وفي الركاز الخُمْسُ".

"السَّائِمَةُ جُبارٌ، وَالمَعْدنُ جُبارٌ وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الخُمْسُ".

"العجماءُ جُبارٌ، والْبئْرُ جُبارُ، والْمعْدِنُ جُبارٌ، وفي الركَازِ الْخُمْس".

"الْعجْماءُ جَرْحُهَا جُبارُ، والْبِئْرُ جُبارٌ، والمَعْدنُ جَرْحُهُ جُبارٌ، وفي الركازِ الخُمْس" .

"الْعْجماءُ جُبارٌ، والمعدنُ جُبارٌ، والبئرُ جُبارٌ، والرِّجْلُ جُبارٌ، وفي الركَاز الْخُمس" .
