اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم قال إذا شرب الخمر فاجلدوه ثُمَّ إن شربها فاجلدوه ثُمَّ إن شرب فاجلدوه ثُمَّ إن شرب فاقتلوهوهذا الحديث قد رواه عُمَر بن أبي سَلَمَة عَن ابن عباس عَن أبي هُرَيرة بمثل هذه الرواية أيضا
"The Messenger of Allah [SAW] said: 'Whoever drinks Khamr, whip him; then if he drinks (again), whip him; then if he drinks (again), whip him; then if he drinks (again), kill him.'" (Using translation from Nasāʾī 5661)
