"The Messenger of Allah ﷺ judged that the children (sons and daughters) from the same mother and father inherit, not the sons from various mothers."
قَضَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ أَنَّ أَعْيَانَ بَنِي الأُمِّ يَتَوَارَثُونَ دُونَ بَنِي الْعَلاَّتِ
"The Prophet ﷺ judged with the debt before the will, and you people recite the will before the debt."
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَضَى بِالدَّيْنِ قَبْلَ الْوَصِيَّةِ وَأَنْتُمْ تَقْرَءُونَ الْوَصِيَّةَ قَبْلَ الدَّيْنِ

[AI] "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ has commanded to settle debts before making a will, and you are reading it (the verse) after making a will or settling a debt" (Quran: Surah An-Nisa, 12). And it is known that the relatives of the mother inherit separate from the relatives of the father, and the siblings from the mother have a closer relationship than the siblings from the father."

"عَنْ عَلِىٍّ: لَا وَصيَّةَ لِوَارِثٍ، وَأَعْيَانُ بنى الأُمِّ يَتَوَارَثُونَ دُونَ بَنِى الْعِلَّاتِ".
