[Machine] "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ has commanded to settle debts before making a will, and you are reading it (the verse) after making a will or settling a debt" (Quran: Surah An-Nisa, 12). And it is known that the relatives of the mother inherit separate from the relatives of the father, and the siblings from the mother have a closer relationship than the siblings from the father."

الحاكم:٧٩٦٧ – حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْخُرَاسَانِيُّ الْعَدْلُ بِبَغْدَادَ ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ الزِّبْرِقَانِ ثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ الْحَفَرِيُّ ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنِ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ

«قَضَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ بِالدَّيْنِ قَبْلَ الْوَصِيَّةِ» وَأَنْتُمْ تَقْرَأُونَهَا {مِنْ بَعْدِ وَصِيَّةٍ يُوصَى بِهَا أَوْ دَيْنٍ} [النساء 12] وَأَنَّ أَعْيَانَ بَنِي الْأُمِّ يَتَوَارَثُونَ دُونَ بَنِي الْعَلَّاتِ وَالْإِخْوَةُ مِنَ الْأُمِّ وَالْإِخْوَةُ مِنَ الْأَبِ وَالْأُمِّ أَقْرَبُ مِنَ الْإِخْوَةِ مِنَ الْأَبِ

«هَذَا حَدِيثٌ رَوَاهُ النَّاسُ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ وَالْحَارِثِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَلَى الطَّرِيقِ لِذَلِكَ لَمْ يُخْرِجُهُ الشَّيْخَانِ وَقَدْ صَحَّتْ هَذِهِ الْفَتْوَى عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ» سكت عنه الذهبي في التلخيص

“The Messenger of Allah ﷺ ruled that the debts should be paid off before the execution of the will. You recite: '(The distribution in all cases is) after the payment of legacies he may have bequeathed or debts.' The sons of one mother (from the same father) inherit from one another, but not the sons from different mothers (but the same father).”

ابن ماجة:٢٧١٥ – حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنِ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ
