البزّار:٣٠٥٩ – حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدٍ الْمَلِكِ الْقُرَشِيُّ قَالَ نَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ وَحَدَّثَنَا زِيَادُ بْنُ أَيُّوبَ قَالَ نَا هُشَيْمٌ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: A judge should not decide between the two while he is in anger.

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ لاَ يَقْضِي الْحَكَمُ بَيْنَ اثْنَيْنِ وَهُوَ غَضْبَانُ

البيهقي:٢٠٢٧٥ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ ثنا آدَمُ بْنُ أَبِي إِيَاسٍ ثنا شُعْبَةُ ثنا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ عُمَيْرٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ يَقُولُ كَتَبَ أَبُو بَكْرَةَ ؓ إِلَى ابْنِهِ وَهُوَ عَلَى سَجِسْتَانَ لَا تَقْضِ بَيْنَ اثْنَيْنِ وَأَنْتَ غَضْبَانُ فَإِنِّي

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ لَا يَقْضِي حَكَمٌ بَيْنَ اثْنَيْنِ وَهُوَ غَضْبَانُ
