The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: A judge should not decide between the two while he is in anger. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 3589)

[Machine] From the prophet ﷺ , he said: It is not appropriate for a judge, and Sufyan said once to a ruler, to adjudicate between two while being angry.

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ لَا يَحْكُمْ أَحَدٌ بَيْنَ اثْنَيْنِ وَهُوَ غَضْبَانُ  

ذِكْرُ الزَّجْرِ عَنْ أَنْ يَحْكُمَ الْحَاكِمُ وَحَالَتُهُ غَيْرُ مُعْتَدِلَةٍ فِي الِاعْتِدَالِ
