[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever frees a slave that he owns and the slave owner has his share of the price, then he has freed them both completely according to what is stated in the authentic narration."  

البيهقي:٢١٣٤٤أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ ثنا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الشَّيْبَانِيُّ إِمْلَاءً ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ السَّعْدِيُّ أنبأ يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ أنبأ ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ أَعْتَقَ شِقْصًا لَهُ فِي مَمْلُوكٍ وَكَانَ لِلَّذِي يُعْتِقُ مِنْهُمَا نَصِيبُهُ مَبْلَغَ ثَمَنِهِ فَقَدْ عَتَقَ كُلَّهُ أَخْرَجَاهُ فِي الصَّحِيحِ

[Machine] "Whoever frees a partner he has in a slave, he has freed all of him. And if the one who is freed has a share of wealth that is worth his value, then he is obligated to free all of him."  

أحمد:٥١٥٠حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ أَخْبَرَنِي نَافِعٌ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ مَنْ أَعْتَقَ شِرْكًا لَهُ فِي مَمْلُوكٍ فَقَدْ عَتَقَ كُلُّهُ فَإِنْ كَانَ لِلَّذِي أَعْتَقَ نَصِيبَهُ مِنَ الْمَالِ مَا يَبْلُغُ ثَمَنَهُ فَعَلَيْهِ عِتْقُهُ كُلُّهُ  

nasai-kubra:4928ʿUbaydullāh b. Saʿīd > Yaḥyá > ʿUbaydullāh > Nāfiʿ > Ibn ʿUmar

[Machine] On the authority of the Prophet ﷺ , he said, "Whoever sets free a partner (slave) that he owns, then he has freed all of him. And if the one he set free has a share of wealth that is equivalent to its value, then it is upon him (the owner) to free him." Yahya said, "Without a doubt, this is what he said."  

الكبرى للنسائي:٤٩٢٨أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنْ أَعْتَقَ شِرْكًا لَهُ فِي عَبْدٍ فَقَدْ عَتَقَ كُلُّهُ فَإِنْ كَانَ الَّذِي أَعْتَقَ نَصِيبَهُ مِنَ الْمَالِ مَا يَبْلُغُ ثَمَنَهُ فَعَلَيْهِ عِتْقُهُ» قَالَ كَذَا قَالَ يَحْيَى بِلَا شَكٍّ  

nasai-kubra:4929ʿAmr b. ʿAlī > Yaḥyá > ʿUbaydullāh > Nāfiʿ > Ibn ʿUmar

"The Messenger of Allah said: 'Whoever sets free his share of a slave, and he has sufficient wealth to set him free completely by paying the price of the slave, then he should set him free with his own wealth."' (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4699)
