[Machine] The Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , said: When a man says to another man, "O effeminate one," then lash him twenty times. And when a man says to another man, "O Jew," then lash him twenty times. Ibrahim al-Ash'hali singularly narrated this but he is not strong in his narration, and even if it is authentic, it is not applicable to punishment.  

البيهقي:١٧١٤٨ – أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ أنبأ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْهَرَوِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي فُدَيْكٍ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الْأَشْهَلِيُّ ثنا دَاوُدُ بْنُ الْحُصَيْنِ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا قَالَ الرَّجُلُ لِلرَّجُلِ يَا مُخَنَّثُ فَاجْلِدُوهُ عِشْرِينَ وَإِذَا قَالَ الرَّجُلُ لِلرَّجُلِ يَا يَهُودِيُّ فَاجْلِدُوهُ عِشْرِينَ تَفَرَّدَ بِهِ إِبْرَاهِيمُ الْأَشْهَلِيُّ وَلَيْسَ بِالْقَوِيِّ وَهُوَ إِنْ صَحَّ مَحْمُولٌ عَلَى التَّعْزِيرِ
