ahmad:21668Yaʿqūb from my father > Ibn Isḥāq > Abū al-Zinād > ʿUbayd b. Ḥunayn > ʿAbdullāh b. ʿUmar

[Machine] A man from the people of Sham (Syria) came with oil, so I bargained with him against those who bargained with him from the merchants until I purchased it from him. Then a man came up to me and offered me a higher price for it, until he pleased me. So I took hold of his hand to strike a deal, and then a man took hold of my arm from behind. I turned to him and found him to be Zaid ibn Thabit. He said, "Do not sell it where you bought it until you bring it to your own belongings, for the Messenger of Allah ﷺ prohibited this." So I let go of his hand.
