Effect of ritual impurity reaches every strand of hair

ahmad:24797 – Aswad b. ʿĀmir > Sharīk > Khuṣayf > a man Mundh Sittīn Sanah > ʿĀʾishah

I firmly tied ˹the hair on˺ my head, and the Prophet ﷺ said, 'O Aishah, do you not know that there is a ritual impurity with every strand of hair?'"  

أحمد:٢٤٧٩٧ – حَدَّثَنَا أَسْوَدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ خُصَيْفٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي رَجُلٌ مُنْذُ سِتِّينَ سَنَةً عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ

أَجْمَرْتُ رَأْسِي إِجْمَارًا شَدِيدًا فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ يَا عَائِشَةُ أَمَا عَلِمْتِ أَنَّ عَلَى كُلِّ شَعَرَةٍ جَنَابَةً
