Effect of ritual impurity reaches every strand of hair

ahmad:26166 – Yaḥyá b. Ādam > Sharīk > Khaṣīf > a man Mundh Thalāthīn Sanah > ʿĀʾishah

I firmly tied ˹the hair on˺ my head, and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'O Aishah, do you not know that there is a ritual impurity with every strand of hair?'"  

أحمد:٢٦١٦٦ – حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ خَصِيفٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي رَجُلٌ مُنْذُ ثَلَاثِينَ سَنَةً عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ

أَجْمَرْتُ شَعْرِي إِجْمَارًا شَدِيدًا فَقَالَ لِي رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَا عَائِشَةُ أَمَا عَلِمْتِ أَنَّ عَلَى كُلِّ شَعَرَةٍ جَنَابَةً
