[Machine] "A woman passed by me in the city, so I followed her. The Messenger ﷺ started selling to the people, meaning the Prophet ﷺ . I went to him but he did not sell to me. The owner of the cloak said, 'He said: I swear by Allah, I will not return.' So he sold to me."  

أحمد:٢٢٥١١ – حَدَّثَنَا أَسْوَدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ حَدَّثَنَا هُرَيْمُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ بَيَانٍ عَنْ قَيْسٍ عَنْ أَبِي شَهْمٍ قَالَ

مَرَّتْ بِي جَارِيَةٌ بِالْمَدِينَةِ فَأَخَذْتُ بِكَشْحِهَا قَالَ وَأَصْبَحَ الرَّسُولُ يُبَايِعُ النَّاسَ يَعْنِي النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ فَأَتَيْتُهُ فَلَمْ يُبَايِعْنِي فَقَالَ صَاحِبُ الْجُبَيْذَةِ قَالَقُلْتُ وَاللهِ لَا أَعُودُ قَالَ فَبَايَعَنِي

[Machine] I was in the city, and a neighbor passed by me, so I took her by her hand and then went to the Prophet ﷺ while he was making a pledge with the people. He said to me, "Are you not the one who had a shirt on yesterday?" I said, "No, O Messenger of Allah, I have returned." So he gave me a pledge.  

الحاكم:٨١٣٤ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الدُّورِيُّ ثَنَا الْأَسْوَدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ شَاذَانُ ثَنَا هُرَيْمُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ الْبَجَلِيُّ عَنْ بَيَانَ بْنِ بِشْرٍ عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ أَبِي حَازِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي شَهْمٍ قَالَ

كُنْتُ بِالْمَدِينَةِ فَمَرَّتْ بِي جَارِيَةٌ فَأَخَذْتُ بِكَشْحِهَا ثُمَّ أَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ وَهُوَ يُبَايِعُ النَّاسَ فَقَالَ لِي «أَلَسْتَ صَاحِبَ الْجُبَيْذَةِ بِالْأَمْسِ؟» قُلْتُ لَا أَعُودُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ فَبَايَعَنِي  

«هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ عَلَى شَرْطِ الشَّيْخَيْنِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ» على شرط البخاري ومسلم

مَنْ يُكَنَّى أَبَا شَهْمٍ أَبُو شَهْمٍ غَيْرُ مَنْسُوبٍ

[Machine] I was in the city when a woman passed by me. I grabbed her garment and I could hear the messenger, meaning the Prophet ﷺ, conducting the allegiance of the people. So, I went to him, but he did not conduct the allegiance with me and he said, "The companion of the cloak from yesterday." So, I said, "By Allah, I will not return, O Messenger of Allah. So, he conducted the allegiance with me."  

الطبراني:١٩٢٢٧ – حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ غَنَّامٍ وعَبْدَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ قَالَا ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ قَالَ ثنا أسْوَدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ ثنا هُرَيْمُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ بَيَانَ عَنْ قَيْسِ بَنِ أَبِي حَازِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي شَهْمٍ قَالَ
