A child was born in my house and I brought him to Allah's Apostle (may peace be upod him) and he gave him the name of Ibrahim and he rubbed his palate with dates. (Using translation from Muslim 2145)  

أحمد:١٩٥٧٠حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ قَالَ عَبْدُ اللهِ وَسَمِعْتُهُ أَنَا مِنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ عَنْ بُرَيْدِ بْنِ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى قَالَ

وُلِدَ لِي غُلَامٌ فَأَتَيْتُ بِهِ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَسَمَّاهُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَحَنَّكَهُ بِتَمْرَةٍ

I got a son and I took him to the Prophet ﷺ who named him Ibrahim, and put in his mouth the juice of a date fruit (which be himself had chewed?, and invoked for Allah's blessing upon him, and then gave him back to me. He was the eldest son of Abii Musa.

A son was born to me and I took him to the Prophet ﷺ who named him Ibrahim, did Tahnik for him with a date, invoked Allah to bless him and returned him to me. (The narrator added: That was Abu Musa's eldest son.)
