TABARANI 17575:
from Muʿādh b. ʿAfrāʾ —
[Machine] He used to perform tawaf (circumambulation) around the Kaaba after Asr (afternoon prayer), but he didn't pray. So Mu'adh, a man from the Quraysh, said to him, "What prevents you from praying?" He replied, "Indeed, I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbidding prayer after the two prayers, after the Fajr (dawn) prayer until the sun rises, and after the Asr (afternoon) prayer until the sun sets."
