TABARANI 17577:
from Naṣr b. ʿAbd al-Raḥman from his grandfather Muʿādh a man from Banī Taym —
[Machine] From his grandfather Mu'adh, a man from the tribe of Taym, it was reported that he used to perform Tawaf (circumambulation) after Asr (afternoon prayer) with Mu'adh bin 'Afra. However, he did not perform the prayer. So, I asked him, "What prevented you from praying?" He replied, "Verily, the Prophet ﷺ prohibited praying during two periods: two hours after Fajr (dawn prayer) until the sunrise and after Asr until the sunset."
