The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Straighten your rows. for the straightening of a row is a part of the perfection of prayer. (Using translation from Muslim 433)  

أحمد:١٣٦٦٤ – حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي قَتَادَةُ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ

سَوُّوا صُفُوفَكُمْ فَإِنَّ تَسْوِيَةَ الصَّفِّ مِنْ تَمَامِ الصَّلَاةِ قَالَ عَبْدُ اللهِ أَظُنُّهُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ وَأَنَا أَحْسَبُ أَنِّي قَدْ أَسْقَطْتُهُ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ سَوُّوا صُفُوفَكُمْ فَإِنَّ تَسْوِيَةَ الصَّفِّ مِنْ تَمَامِ الصَّلاَةِ  

abudawud:668 – Abū al-Walīd al-Ṭayālisī And Sulaymān b. Ḥarb > Shuʿbah > Qatādah > Anas

Straighten your rows for the straightening of the rows is part of perfecting the prayer.  

أبو داود:٦٦٨ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ وَسُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ سَوُّوا صُفُوفَكُمْ فَإِنَّ تَسْوِيَةَ الصَّفِّ مِنْ تَمَامِ الصَّلاَةِ  

ذِكْرُ الْأَمْرِ بِتَسْوِيَةِ الصُّفُوفِ لِلْمَأْمُومِينَ إِذِ اسْتِعْمَالُهُ مِنْ تَمَامِ الصَّلَاةِ

ibnhibban:2174 – Abū Khalīfah > Abū al-Walīd al-Ṭayālisī > Shuʿbah > Qatādah > Anas
