Abu Hurayra reported that the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "The slave has his food and clothing. Do not burden a slave with work which he is incapable of doing."

الأدب المفرد:١٩٢حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يَزِيدَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ عَجْلاَنَ عَنْ بُكَيْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ عَنْ عَجْلاَنَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ لِلْمَمْلُوكِ طَعَامُهُ وَكِسْوَتُهُ وَلاَ يُكَلَّفُ مِنَ الْعَمَلِ مَا لاَ يُطِيقُ
