Abu Hurayra reported that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "When a slave steals, sell him, even for a half an awqiya."

الأدب المفرد:١٦٥ – حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا سَرَقَ الْمَمْلُوكُ بِعْهُ وَلَوْ بِنَشٍّ قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ النَّشُّ عِشْرُونَ وَالنَّوَاةُ خَمْسَةٌ وَالأُوقِيَّةُ أَرْبَعُونَ
