"أَيُّكُمْ صَنَعَ طَعَامًا قَدرَ مَا يَكْفِي رَجُلَينِ فإنَّهُ يكْفي ثَلاثَةً، أوْ صَنَعَ لِثَلاثَة فإِنَّهُ يَكْفى أَرْبَعةً، أَوْ لأرْبَعَةِ فَإِنَّهُ يَكْفى خَمْسَة فَكَنَحْو ذَلِكَ العَدَدَ".

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ used to say, "Which one of you can prepare food that is enough for two people? For it will be enough for three. And if it is enough for three, then it will be enough for four. And if it is enough for four, then it will be enough for five. And so on with other numbers."  

الطبراني:٧٠٤٤ – وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ
