"عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ المسَيَّبِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: لَوْ رَأيتُ الظَّبَاءَ تَرْتَعُ بِالمدِينَةِ مَا ذَعَرْتُهَا لأَنَّ رسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ: مَا بَيْنَ لابَتْيهَا حرامٌ".

If I were to see deer grazing in Medina, I would have never molested them, for Messenger of Allah ﷺ has stated: There is between the two lava mountains a sacred territory.
أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ لَوْ رَأَيْتُ الظِّبَاءَ تَرْتَعُ بِالْمَدِينَةِ مَا ذَعَرْتُهَا قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ مَا بَيْنَ لاَبَتَيْهَا حَرَامٌ
Malik related to me from Ibn Shihab from Said ibn al-Musayyab that Abu Hurayra said, "Had I seen a gazelle at Madina, I would have left it to graze and would not have frightened it. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'What is between the two tracts of black stones is a Haram.' "
أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ لَوْ رَأَيْتُ الظِّبَاءَ بِالْمَدِينَةِ تَرْتَعُ مَا ذَعَرْتُهَا قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ مَا بَيْنَ لاَبَتَيْهَا حَرَامٌ
[Machine] "If I were to see antelopes in the city, I would not frighten them, for the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Any space between its ears is considered sacred.'"
