"إِنَّ النُّهْبَةَ لا تَحِلُّ ".  

[هـ] ابن ماجة والطحاوى [حب] ابن حبّان والبغوى، والباوردى، وابن قانع، [طب] الطبرانى في الكبير [ك] الحاكم في المستدرك [ض] ضياء المقدسي في مختاره عن ثعلبة بن الحَكم الليثى، [حم] أحمد عن رجل من بنى ليث ؓ
