"عَنْ سَعْدٍ قَالَ: كُنَّا مَعَ النَّبِىِّ ﷺ فِى نَقِيعِ الخَيْلِ (*)، فَأقْبَلَ الْعَبَّاسُ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ : هَذَا العَبَّاسُ بْنُ عَبْدِ المُطَّلِبِ أَجَوْدُ قُرَيْشٍ كَفًّا وَأَوْصَلُهَا لَهَا - وَفِى لَفْظٍ: لِلرَّحِمِ".
