"مَنْ بَاعَ نَخْلًا قَدْ أُبِرِّتْ، فَلَمْ يَشْتَرِط الْمُشْتَرِي الثمَرَةَ فَلا شَيءَ لَهُ، وَمَنْ بَاعَ عَبْدًا وَلَهُ مَالٌ فَلَمْ يَشْتَرِط مَالهُ فَلا شَيءَ لَهُ".

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Whoever buys a palm tree after it has been pollinated and does not stipulate its fruit, then he has nothing. And whoever buys a slave and does not stipulate his money, then he has nothing."
