"مَنْ بَاعَ ثَمَرَةَ أَرْضه فَأصَابَهُ جَائحَةٌ فَلَا يأخُذْ مِنْ أَخيه شَيئًا، عَلامَ يَأكُلُ أَحَدُكُم مَال أَخِيهِ الْمُسْلِم".
"Whoever sells fruit then his crop fails, he should not take (anything) from his brother." (And he said something along the lines of) "Why would anyone of you consume the wealth of his Muslim brother?"
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ بَاعَ ثَمَرًا فَأَصَابَتْهُ جَائِحَةٌ فَلاَ يَأْخُذْ مِنْ أَخِيهِ وَذَكَرَ شَيْئًا عَلَى مَا يَأْكُلُ أَحَدُكُمْ مَالَ أَخِيهِ الْمُسْلِمِ
"Whoever sells fruits then the crop fails, should not take any of his brother's money. Why would any of you take the money of his Muslim brother?"
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ بَاعَ ثَمَرًا فَأَصَابَتْهُ جَائِحَةٌ فَلاَ يَأْخُذْ مِنْ مَالِ أَخِيهِ شَيْئًا عَلاَمَ يَأْخُذُ أَحَدُكُمْ مَالَ أَخِيهِ الْمُسْلِمِ
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ as saying: If you were to sell dried dates to your brother and they were smitten by blight, it will not be allowable for you to take your brother's property unjustly. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 3470)
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنْ ابْتَاعَ ثَمَرَةً فَأَصَابَتْهُ جَائِحَةٌ فَلَا يَأْخُذَنَّ مِنْهُ شَيْئًا بِمَ تَأْخُذُ مَالَ أَخِيكَ بِغَيْرِ حَقٍّ؟»
