"مَنْ بَاعَ ثَمَرًا فَأَصَابَتْهُ جَائحَةٌ، فَلا يَأخُذْ مِنْ أَخيه شَيئًا، عَلامَ يَأكُلُ أَحَدُكُم مَال أَخِيهِ المُسْلِم؟ ".  

[هـ] ابن ماجة والدارمي، هو ابن الجارود، والطحاوي، [حب] ابن حبّان [قط] الدارقطنى في السنن [ك] الحاكم في المستدرك عن جابر
