الدارمي:٣٠٣٥ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ عَنْ عَامِرٍ عَنْ عُمَرَ قَالَ

«لَا يَتَوَارَثُ أَهْلُ مِلَّتَيْنِ»
