البيهقي:١٢٢٣٢ – وَبِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ قَالَ ثنا مَالِكٌ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ قَالَ

لَا نَرِثُ أَهْلَ الْمِلَلِ وَلَا يَرِثُونَا
