"عَنْ أنسٍ قَال: اسْتُودِعْتُ مَالًا فَوضَعْتُه مَع مَالِى فَهَلَك من بَيْنِ مَالِى، فَرَفَعْتُ إلَى عُمَرَ، فَقَالَ: إنَّكَ لأَمِين فِى نَفْسٍ، وَلَكِن هَلَكَ مِن بَيْنِ مَالِكَ فَضَمِنْتَهُ".
