"عَنْ أَبى مِجلِز قَال: أَرادَ عُمر أَنْ لَا يَدَعَ مِصْرًا مِن الأَمْصَارِ إلَّا أَتَاه، فَقَالَ لَهُ كَعبٌ: لَا تَأَتى العِرَاق فَإِنَّ فِيه تَسْعَة أَعَشارِ الشَّرِّ".
