السيوطي:٢-١٥٨b –

"عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ: كَانَ عُمَرُ وَعَلِىٌّ وَزَيْدٌ يَقُولُونَ: الوَلَاءُ لِلْكُبْرِ، وَلَا يَرِثُ النِّسَاءُ مِنَ الوَلَاءِ إِلَّا مَا أعْتَقْنَ أَوْ تَكَاتبْنَ".
