I heard Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "The people will leave Medina in spite of the best state it will have, and none except the wild birds and the beasts of prey will live in it, and the last persons who will die will be two shepherds from the tribe of Muzaina, who will be driving their sheep towards Medina, but will find nobody in it, and when they reach the valley of Thaniyat-al-Wadaʿ, they will fall down on their faces dead."
They (the residents of) Medina will abandon Medina whereas it is good for them and it will be haunted by beasts and birds, and two shepherds will come out from Muzainah intending (to go) towards Medina and tending their herd, and will find nothing but wilderness there until when they will reach the mountain path of Wada, they will fall down on their faces.
[Machine] "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'They will leave Medina in the best state it has ever been in. Nothing will cover it except calamities. He meant the wild beasts and birds will be the last to be gathered and two shepherds from Muzaynah will come with their sheep and find them altered into thorny bushes until when they reach Thaniyyah Al-Wada', they will collapse on their faces or their faces will be turned backwards.'"
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Verily, the last to be resurrected will be two shepherds from Al-Muzaynah who want to enter the city, but they will find it inhabited by wild beasts until they reach the farewell passage, they will fall on their faces."
