[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The hyena is a prey, so if it is caught by a person in the state of ihram (pilgrim sanctity), there is a compensation of a mature sheep and it can be eaten."

الحاكم:١٦٦٣ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْجَرَّاحِ بِمَرْوَ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَاسَوَيْهِ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي يَعْقُوبَ ثنا حَسَّانُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ الصَّائِغُ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «الضَّبُعُ صَيْدٌ فَإِذَا أَصَابَهُ الْمُحْرِمُ فَفِيهِ جَزَاءً كَبْشٌ مُسِنٌّ وَيُؤْكَلُ»

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ وَإِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مَيْمُونٍ الصَّائِغُ زَاهِدٌ عَالِمٌ أَدْرَكَ الشَّهَادَةَ ؓ
