[Machine] "The Prophet ﷺ said, 'The guardian does not have authority over a woman who is of sound mind, and the silence of an orphan girl is considered as her consent.'" Muhammad ibn Ishaq mediated between Salih ibn Kaysan and Nafi' ibn Jubayr, the son of Abdullah ibn Al-Fadl.  

الكبرى للنسائي:٥٣٧٠أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ كَيْسَانَ عَنْ نَافِعِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «لَيْسَ لِلْوَلِيِّ مَعَ الثَّيِّبِ أَمْرٌ وَالْيَتِيمَةُ تُسْتَأْمَرُ فَصَمْتُهَا إِقْرَارُهَا» أَدْخَلَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ بَيْنَ صَالِحِ بْنِ كَيْسَانَ وَبَيْنَ نَافِعِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ الْفَضْلِ

The Prophet ﷺ said: A guardian has no concern with a woman previously married and has no husband, and an orphan girl (i.e. virgin) must be consulted, her silence being her acceptance. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 2100)
