Yahya related to me from Malik that he had heard that Abd ar- Rahman ibn Abi Bakr was visiting A'isha, the wife of the Prophet, may AIIah bless him and grant him peace, on the day that Sad ibn Abi Waqqas died, and he asked for some water to do wudu. A'isha said to him, ''Abd ar-Rahman! Perform your wudu fully, for I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, 'Woe to the heels in the fire.' "  

مالك:٢-٥ – وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ أَنَّهُ بَلَغَهُ

أَنَّ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ أَبِي بَكْرٍ قَدْ دَخَلَ عَلَى عَائِشَةَ زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ يَوْمَ مَاتَ سَعْدُ بْنُ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ فَدَعَا بِوَضُوءٍ فَقَالَتْ لَهُ عَائِشَةُ يَا عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ أَسْبِغِ الْوُضُوءَ فَإِنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ وَيْلٌ لِلأَعْقَابِ مِنَ النَّارِ

I came to 'A'isha, the wife of the Prophet ﷺ, on the day when Sa'db. Abi Waqqas died. 'Abd al-Rahman b. Abu Bakr also came there and he performed ablution in her presence. She (Hadrat 'A'isha) said: Abd al-Rahman, complete the ablution as I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: Woe to the heels because of hell-fire.  

مسلم:٢٤٠a – حَدَّثَنَا هَارُونُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الأَيْلِيُّ وَأَبُو الطَّاهِرِ وَأَحْمَدُ بْنُ عِيسَى قَالُوا أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ عَنْ مَخْرَمَةَ بْنِ بُكَيْرٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ سَالِمٍ مَوْلَى شَدَّادٍ قَالَ

دَخَلْتُ عَلَى عَائِشَةَ زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ يَوْمَ تُوُفِّيَ سَعْدُ بْنُ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ فَدَخَلَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ فَتَوَضَّأَ عِنْدَهَا فَقَالَتْ يَا عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ أَسْبِغِ الْوُضُوءَ فَإِنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ وَيْلٌ لِلأَعْقَابِ مِنَ النَّارِ

"Aishah saw 'Abdur-Rahman performing abluti0on, and she said: Perform ablution properly, for I heard the Messenger of Allah say: 'Woe to the Achilles' tendon because of Hell-fire.'" (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 452)   

أحمد:٢٦٢١٤ – حَدَّثَنَا هَاشِمٌ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ عَنْ سَالِمٍ سَبَلَانَ قَالَ خَرَجْنَا مَعَ عَائِشَةَ إِلَى مَكَّةَ فَكَانَتْ تَخْرُجُ بِأَبِي يَحْيَى التَّيْمِيِّ يُصَلِّي لَهَا فَأَدْرَكَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ فَأَسَاءَ الْوُضُوءَ فَقَالَتْ

لَهُ عَائِشَةُ يَا عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ أَسْبِغِ الْوُضُوءَ فَإِنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ وَيْلٌ لِلْأَعْقَابِ مِنَ النَّارِ

[Machine] "And she used to go out with my father Yahya al-Taymi to lead the prayer. Abdullah ibn Abu Bakr al-Siddiq caught up with us, and Abdullah ibn Abu Bakr al-Siddiq performed ablution improperly. Aisha said to him, 'O Abdullah ibn Abu Bakr, perform ablution properly, for I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, 'Woe to the shins from the Hellfire on the Day of Resurrection.'"  

أحمد:٢٤٨١٣ – حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنٌ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ عَنْ سَالِمٍ سَبَلَانَ قَالَ خَرَجْنَا مَعَ عَائِشَةَ إِلَى مَكَّةَ قَالَ
