"Any man who sells to two men, it is for the one who was first."[1]
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ أَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ بَاعَ بَيْعًا مِنْ رَجُلَيْنِ فَهُوَ لِلأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ أَيُّمَا امْرَأَةٍ زَوَّجَهَا وَلِيَّانِ فَهِيَ لِلأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا وَمَنْ بَاعَ بَيْعًا مِنْ رَجُلَيْنِ فَهُوَ لِلأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا
The Prophet ﷺ said: Any woman who is married by two guardians (to two different men) belongs to the first woman who is married by two guardians (to two different men) belongs to the first of them and anything sold by a man to two persons belongs to the first of them.
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ أَيُّمَا امْرَأَةٍ زَوَّجَهَا وَلِيَّانِ فَهِيَ لِلأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا وَأَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ بَاعَ بَيْعًا مِنْ رَجُلَيْنِ فَهُوَ لِلأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا
The Messenger of Allah said: "Whichever woman is given in marriage by two Wali, then her case is in accordance with the first of them, and whoever sells something to two men, then it is for the first of them."
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ أَيُّمَا امْرَأَةٍ زَوَّجَهَا وَلِيَّانِ فَهِيَ لِلأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا وَمَنْ بَاعَ بَيْعًا مِنْ رَجُلَيْنِ فَهُوَ لِلأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا
[Machine] The Prophet (PBUH) said, "If a woman is married by two guardians, she belongs to the first of them both. And if a sale is made by two men, it belongs to the first of them both."
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ إِذَا أَنَكَحَ الْمَرْأَةَ الْوَلِيَّانِ فَهِيَ لِلْأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا وَإِذَا بِيعَ الْبَيْعُ مِنَ الرَّجُلَيْنِ فَهو لِلْأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «أَيُّمَا امْرَأَةٍ زَوَّجَهَا وَلِيَّانِ فَهِيَ لِلْأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا وَأَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ بَاعَ بَيْعًا مِنْ رَجُلَيْنِ فَهُوَ لِلْأَوَّلِ»
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "When the guardian marries them, then the first of them has the right, and when a man enters into a transaction with another man, the right belongs to the first of them."
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ إِذَا أَنْكَحَ الْوَلِيَّانِ فَهُوَ لِلْأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا وَإِذَا بَايَعَ الرَّجُلُ بَيْعًا مِنَ الرَّجُلَيْنِ فَهُوَ لِلْأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا
The Prophet ﷺ said: Any woman who is married by two guardians (to two different men) belongs to the first woman who is married by two guardians (to two different men) belongs to the first of them and anything sold by a man to two persons belongs to the first of them. أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ أَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ بَاعَ مِنْ رَجُلَيْنِ بَيْعًا فَهُوَ لِلْأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا وَأَيُّمَا امْرَأَةٍ زَوَّجَهَا وَلِيَّانِ فَهِيَ لِلْأَوَّلِ
"أَيُّمَا رَجُل بَاعَ بَيعًا مِنْ رَجُلَين فَهُوَ لِلأَوَّل مِنْهُمَا".
"أَيمَا امْرَأة زَوَّجَهَا وَلِيَّان فِهَي للأول منْهُمَا، وَأَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ بَاعَ بَيعًا مِنْ رَجُلَين فَهَوَ لِلأَول منْهُمَا ".
"إذا أنكح الوليان فهوُ للأولِ منهما - وإذا باع الرجلُ بيعًا من رجلين فهو للأولِ مِنْهما".
