ذِكْرُ الْإِخْبَارِ عَنِ الْبَلَدِ الَّذِي يُهْلِكُ اللَّهُ جَلَّ وَعَلَا الدَّجَّالَ بِهِ

ibnhibban:6810 – al-Faḍl b. al-Ḥubāb > Mūsá b. Ismāʿīl > Ismāʿīl b. Jaʿfar > al-ʿAlāʾ from his father > Abū Hurayrah

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "The Messiah will come from the direction of the East, and his destination will be the city of Madinah, where he will descend near Mount Uhud. Then he will proceed towards Sham (Syria) and there he will perish."  

ابن حبّان:٦٨١٠ – أَخْبَرَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ عَنِ الْعَلَاءِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ «يَأْتِي الْمَسِيحُ مِنْ قِبَلِ الْمَشْرِقِ وَهِمَّتُهُ الْمَدِينَةَ حَتَّى يَنْزِلَ عِنْدَ أُحُدٍ ثُمَّ يَغْدُو قِبَلَ الشَّامِ وَهُنَاكَ يَهْلِكُ»

Dajjal will come from the eastern side with the intention of attacking Medina until he will get down behind Uhud. Then the angels will turn his face towards Syria and there he will perish.

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ يَأْتِي الْمَسِيحُ مِنْ قِبَلِ الْمَشْرِقِ هِمَّتُهُ الْمَدِينَةُ حَتَّى يَنْزِلَ دُبُرَ أُحُدٍ ثُمَّ تَصْرِفُ الْمَلاَئِكَةُ وَجْهَهُ قِبَلَ الشَّامِ وَهُنَالِكَ يَهْلِكُ

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "The False Messiah (the Anti-Christ) will come from the East and his aim will be towards Medina, until he reaches the rear of Uhud Mountain. Then the angels will turn his face towards Syria and it is there that he will be destroyed." Abdullah said, "My father mentioned similar things in his narrations."
