ذِكْرُ الْعُذْرِ التَّاسِعِ: وَهُوَ وُجُودِ الْعِلَّةِ الَّتِي يَخَافُ الْمَرْءُ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ الْعَثْرَ مِنْهَا

ibnhibban:2084 – Abū Yaʿlá > Abū Khaythamah > Jarīr > Yaḥyá b. Saʿīd al-Anṣārī > al-Qāsim b. Muḥammad > Ibn ʿUmar

[Machine] When we used to travel with the Messenger of Allah, may peace be upon him, and it would be a dark night or a rainy night, the caller of the Prophet, may peace be upon him, would call out, "Perform prayer in your saddles."  

ابن حبّان:٢٠٨٤ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو يَعْلَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَيْثَمَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ

كُنَّا إِذَا كُنَّا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ فِي سَفَرٍ فَكَانَتْ لَيْلَةٌ ظَلْمَاءُ أَوْ لَيْلَةٌ مَطِيرَةٌ أَذَّنَ مُؤَذِّنُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ أَوْ نَادَى مُنَادِيهُ «أَنْ صَلُّوا فِي رِحَالِكُمْ»

[Machine] We were with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ on a journey and it was a dark night. The Prophet's ﷺ caller to prayer called out the adhan, so he prayed and then ordered the caller to announce to the people, "Pray in your positions."

كُنَّا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فِي سَفَرٍ فَكَانَتْ لَيْلَةٌ ظَلْمَاءُ أَذَّنَ مُؤَذِّنُ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَصَلَّى ثُمَّ أَمَرَ مُنَادِيًا أَنْ يُنَادِيَ أَنْ «صَلُّوا فِي رِحَالِكُمْ»  

tabarani:13103 – Ibn ʿUmar

[Machine] I was with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ on a journey, and it was a dark night. The Prophet's adhan was called, so he performed the prayer and then ordered the caller to proclaim, "Pray in your camping sites."  

الطبراني:١٣١٠٣ – وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ
