[Machine] From the Prophet ﷺ, he said, "You should consume cow's milk, its fat, and avoid its meat, for its milk and fat are a remedy and healing, but its meat is a disease."
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «عَلَيْكُمْ بِأَلْبَانِ الْبَقَرِ وَسُمْنَانِهَا وَإِيَّاكُمْ وَلُحُومَهَا فَإِنَّ أَلْبَانَهَا وَسُمْنَانُهَا دَوَاءٌ وَشِفَاءٌ وَلُحُومُهَا دَاءٌ»
