Messenger of Allah ﷺ talked about Friday and said, "There is an hour (opportune time) on Friday and if a Muslim gets it while praying and asks something from Allah, then Allah will definitely meet his demand." And he (the Prophet) pointed out the shortness of that time with his hands.

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ ذَكَرَ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ فَقَالَ فِيهِ سَاعَةٌ لاَ يُوَافِقُهَا عَبْدٌ مُسْلِمٌ وَهْوَ قَائِمٌ يُصَلِّي يَسْأَلُ اللَّهَ تَعَالَى شَيْئًا إِلاَّ أَعْطَاهُ إِيَّاهُ وَأَشَارَ بِيَدِهِ يُقَلِّلُهَا

Abul Qasim (the Prophet ﷺ ) said, "There is an hour (or a moment) of particular significance on Friday. If it happens that a Muslim is offering a prayer and invoking Allah for some good at that very moment, Allah will grant him his request." (The sub-narrator placed the top of his finger on the palm of the other hand between the middle finger and the little one.)

أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ ﷺ فِي الْجُمُعَةِ سَاعَةٌ لاَ يُوَافِقُهَا مُسْلِمٌ قَائِمٌ يُصَلِّي فَسَأَلَ اللَّهَ خَيْرًا إِلاَّ أَعْطَاهُ وَقَالَ بِيَدِهِ وَوَضَعَ أَنْمَلَتَهُ عَلَى بَطْنِ الْوُسْطَى وَالْخِنْصَرِ قُلْنَا يُزَهِّدُهَا

Abu-l-Qasim (the Prophet) said, "On Friday there is a particular time. If a Muslim happens to be praying and invoking Allah for something good during that time, Allah will surely fulfill his request." The Prophet ﷺ pointed out with his hand. We thought that he wanted to illustrate how short that time was.

أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ ﷺ فِي الْجُمُعَةِ سَاعَةٌ لاَ يُوَافِقُهَا مُسْلِمٌ وَهْوَ قَائِمٌ يُصَلِّي يَسْأَلُ خَيْرًا إِلاَّ أَعْطَاهُ وَقَالَ بِيَدِهِ قُلْنَا يُقَلِّلُهَا يُزَهِّدُهَا

There is an hour during the night in which no Muslim individual will ask Allah for good in this world and the next without His giving it to him; and that applies to every night.

سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يَقُولُ إِنَّ فِي اللَّيْلِ لَسَاعَةً لاَ يُوَافِقُهَا رَجُلٌ مُسْلِمٌ يَسْأَلُ اللَّهَ خَيْرًا مِنْ أَمْرِ الدُّنْيَا وَالآخِرَةِ إِلاَّ أَعْطَاهُ إِيَّاهُ وَذَلِكَ كُلَّ لَيْلَةٍ

I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ as saying: There is an hour during the night in which no Muslim bondman will ask Allah for good in this world and the next but He will grant it to him.

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ إِنَّ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ سَاعَةً لاَ يُوَافِقُهَا عَبْدٌ مُسْلِمٌ يَسْأَلُ اللَّهَ خَيْرًا إِلاَّ أَعْطَاهُ إِيَّاهُ

There is a time on Friday at which no Muslim servant would pray and would ask Allah for a thing (that is good) but He would give it to him. Qutaiba pointed with the help of his hand that it (the time) is short.

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ ذَكَرَ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ فَقَالَ فِيهِ سَاعَةٌ لاَ يُوَافِقُهَا عَبْدٌ مُسْلِمٌ وَهُوَ يُصَلِّي يَسْأَلُ اللَّهَ شَيْئًا إِلاَّ أَعْطَاهُ إِيَّاهُ زَادَ قُتَيْبَةُ فِي رِوَايَتِهِ وَأَشَارَ بِيَدِهِ يُقَلِّلُهَا

There is a time on Friday at which no Muslim would stand and pray and beg Allah for what Is good but He would give it to him; and he pointed with his hand that (this time) is short and narrow.

أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ ﷺ إِنَّ فِي الْجُمُعَةِ لَسَاعَةً لاَ يُوَافِقُهَا مُسْلِمٌ قَائِمٌ يُصَلِّي يَسْأَلُ اللَّهَ خَيْرًا إِلاَّ أَعْطَاهُ إِيَّاهُ وَقَالَ بِيَدِهِ يُقَلِّلُهَا يُزَهِّدُهَا

"There is a time on Friday at which no Muslim would ask Allah for what is good but He would give it to him." And further said: "This is a very short time."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ إِنَّ فِي الْجُمُعَةِ لَسَاعَةً لا يُوَافِقُهَا مُسْلِمٌ يَسْأَلُ اللَّهَ فِيهَا خَيْرًا إِلاَّ أَعْطَاهُ إِيَّاهُ قَالَ وَهِيَ سَاعَةٌ خَفِيفَةٌ

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "On Friday, there is an hour when, if a Muslim slave asks Allah for something at that time, He will give it to him."

عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ إِنَّ فِي الْجُمُعَةِ سَاعَةً لاَ يُوَافِقُهَا عَبْدٌ مُسْلِمٌ يَسْأَلُ اللَّهَ فِيهَا شَيْئًا إِلاَّ أَعْطَاهُ إِيَّاهُ

“The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: ‘On Friday there is a time when no Muslim man happens to stand in prayer at that time, asking Allah for good things, but He will give that to him.” And he gestured with his hand to indicate how short that time is.

رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ إِنَّ فِي الْجُمُعَةِ سَاعَةً لاَ يُوَافِقُهَا رَجُلٌ مُسْلِمٌ قَائِمٌ يُصَلِّي يَسْأَلُ اللَّهَ فِيهَا خَيْرًا إِلاَّ أَعْطَاهُ وَقَلَّلَهَا بِيَدِهِ

[AI] About the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , he started talking to me about the Torah until we came across a mention of the Day of Friday. So I said: "Indeed, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'There is an hour on Friday, during which no Muslim servant prays and asks Allah for something good, except that Allah will grant it to him.'"

عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ وَجَعَلَ يُحَدِّثُنِي عَنِ التَّوْرَاةِ حَتَّى أَتَيْنَا عَلَى ذِكْرِ يَوْمِ الْجُمُعَةِ فَقُلْتُ إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ «إِنَّ فِيهَا لَسَاعَةً لَا يُوَافِقُهَا عَبْدٌ مُسْلِمٌ يُصَلِّي يَسْأَلُ اللَّهَ فِيهَا خَيْرًا إِلَّا أَعْطَاهُ إِيَّاهُ»

There is a time on Friday at which no Muslim would stand and pray and beg Allah for what Is good but He would give it to him; and he pointed with his hand that (this time) is short and narrow. (Using translation from Muslim 852b)

أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ ﷺ إِنَّ فِي الْجُمُعَةِ لَسَاعَةً لَا يُوَافِقُهَا عَبْدٌ مُسْلِمٌ قَائِمٌ يُصَلِّي يَسْأَلُ اللهَ خَيْرًا إِلَّا أَعْطَاهُ اللهُ إِيَّاهُ وقَالَ بِيَدِهِ قُلْنَا يُقَلِّلُهَا يُزَهِّدُهَا

[AI] Narrated by the Prophet, ﷺ , he said: "Surely, in Friday, there is a specific hour. Ibn Aown pointed out to us with his right hand by his left hand, saying: 'Any Muslim who stands up and prays to Allah, asking for goodness, will be granted it.'"

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ إِنَّ فِي الْجُمُعَةِ لَسَاعَةً وَجَعَلَ ابْنُ عَوْنٍ يُرِينَا بِكَفِّهِ الْيُمْنَى فَقُلْنَا يُزَهِّدُهَا لَا يُوَافِقُهَا رَجُلٌ مُسْلِمٌ قَائِمٌ يُصَلِّي يَسْأَلُ اللهَ خَيْرًا إِلَّا أَعْطَاهُ إِيَّاهُ

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "On Friday, there is an hour when, if a Muslim slave asks Allah for something at that time, He will give it to him." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 1431)

وَفِي الْجُمُعَةِ سَاعَةٌ لَا يُوَافِقُهَا عَبْدٌ مُسْلِمٌ قَائِمٌ يُصَلِّي يَسْأَلُ اللهَ فِيهَا شَيْئًا إِلَّا أَعْطَاهُ إِيَّاهُ

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "On Friday, there is an hour when, if a Muslim slave asks Allah for something at that time, He will give it to him." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 1431)

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ إِنَّ فِي الْجُمُعَةِ سَاعَةً لَا يُوَافِقُهَا عَبْدٌ مُسْلِمٌ يَسْأَلُ اللهَ ﷻ فِيهَا خَيْرًا إِلَّا أَعْطَاهُ إِيَّاهُ وَهِيَ بَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ

[AI] I heard the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , while he was on the pulpit saying: "Verily, in Friday there is an hour, and he gestured with his hand as if to indicate that it is very little, and no Muslim slave prays to Allah seeking something except that He gives it to him."

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ وَهُوَ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ يَقُولُ إِنَّ فِي الْجُمُعَةِ سَاعَةً وَأَشَارَ بِكَفِّهِ كَأَنَّهُ يُقَلِّلُهَا لَا يُوَافِقُهَا عَبْدٌ مُسْلِمٌ يَسْأَلُ اللهَ شَيْئًا إِلَّا أَعْطَاهُ إِيَّاهُ

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "On Friday, there is an hour when, if a Muslim slave asks Allah for something at that time, He will give it to him." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 1431)

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ إِنَّ فِي الْجُمُعَةِ سَاعَةً لَا يُوَافِقُهَا عَبْدٌ مُسْلِمٌ يَسْأَلُ اللهَ فِيهَا شَيْئًا إِلَّا أَعْطَاهُ إِيَّاهُ

[AI] "And the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: There is an hour on Friday that no Muslim coincides with while he is asking his Lord for something except that He gives it to him."

وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فِي الْجُمُعَةِ سَاعَةٌ لَا يُوَافِقُهَا مُسْلِمٌ وَهُوَ يَسْأَلُ رَبَّهُ شَيْئًا إِلَّا آتَاهُ إِيَّاهُ

[AI] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "On Friday, there is an hour during which Allah does not reject the supplication of a believing servant for anything he asks for."

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ إِنَّ فِيالْجُمُعَةِ لَسَاعَةً مَا دَعَا اللهَ فِيهَا عَبْدٌ مُؤْمِنٌ بِشَيْءٍ إِلَّا اسْتَجَابَ اللهُ لَهُ

“The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: ‘On Friday there is a time when no Muslim man happens to stand in prayer at that time, asking Allah for good things, but He will give that to him.” And he gestured with his hand to indicate how short that time is. (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 1137)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِنَّ فِي الْجُمُعَةِ لَسَاعَةً لَا يُوَافِقُهَا عَبْدٌ مُسْلِمٌ يُصَلِّي يَسْأَلُ اللهَ ﷻ فِيهَا خَيْرًا إِلَّا أَعْطَاهُ إِيَّاهُ

[AI] I heard Abu Al-Qasim (PBUH) say that there is an hour on Friday when no Muslim asks Allah for good except that He grants it to him.

سَمِعْتُ أَبَا الْقَاسِمِ ﷺ يَقُولُ إِنَّ فِي الْجُمُعَةِ لَسَاعَةً لَا يُوَافِقُهَا رَجُلٌ مُسْلِمٌ يَسْأَلُ اللهَ فِيهَا خَيْرًا إِلَّا أَعْطَاهُ إِيَّاهُ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Surely, in Friday there is an hour in which no Muslim servant is making dua (supplication) asking Allah for something good, except that Allah will grant their request."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِنَّ فِي الْجُمُعَةِلَسَاعَةً لَا يُوَافِقُهَا رَجُلٌ يَدْعُو فِيهَا بخَيْرٍ إِلَّا اسْتَجَابَ اللهُ لَهُ

Messenger of Allah ﷺ talked about Friday and said, "There is an hour (opportune time) on Friday and if a Muslim gets it while praying and asks something from Allah, then Allah will definitely meet his demand." أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ ذَكَرَ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ فَقَالَ فِيهِ سَاعَةٌ لَا يُوَافِقُهَا عَبْدٌ مُسْلِمٌ وَهُوَ قَائِمٌ يُصَلِّي يَسْأَلُ اللهَ شَيْئًا إِلَّا أَعْطَاهُ إِيَّاهُ وَأَشَارَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِيَدِهِ قَالَ إِسْحَاقُ يُقَلِّلُهَا

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "On Friday, there is an hour when, if a Muslim slave asks Allah for something at that time, He will give it to him." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 1431)

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ إِنَّ فِي الْجُمُعَةِ لَسَاعَةً لَا يُوَافِقُهَا عَبْدٌ مُسْلِمٌ يُصَلِّي يَسْأَلُ اللهَ فِيهَا خَيْرًا إِلَّا أَعْطَاهُ إِيَّاهُ

[AI] The Prophet ﷺ said about Friday: There is a moment during it in which no Muslim servant prays and asks Allah for good except that He gives it to him. And he (the Prophet ﷺ) said while raising his right hand and closing his three fingers: We asked if he's referring to as abstaining from fulfilling one's desires completely, and he confirmed it.

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ فِي الْجُمُعَةِ سَاعَةٌ لَا يُوَافِقُهَا عَبْدٌ مُسْلِمٌ يُصَلِّي يَسْأَلُ اللهَ فِيهَا خَيْرًا إِلَّا أَعْطَاهُ إِيَّاهُ وَقَالَ بِيَدِهِ فَقَبَضَ أَصَابِعَهُ الْيُمْنَى ثَلَاثَ أَصَابِعَ قُلْنَا يُزَهِّدُهَا يُزَهِّدُهَا

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Indeed, during the night there is an hour that no Muslim servant asks Allah for good in it except that He grants it to him. And this is in every night."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِنَّ فِي اللَّيْلِ لَسَاعَةً لَا يُوَافِقُهَا عَبْدٌ مُسْلِمٌ يَسْأَلُ اللهَ فِيهَا خَيْرًا إِلَّا آتَاهُ إِيَّاهُ وَذَلِكَ فِي كُلِّ لَيْلَةٍ

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "On Friday, there is an hour when, if a Muslim slave asks Allah for something at that time, He will give it to him." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 1431)

وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِنَّ فِي اللَّيْلِ لَسَاعَةً لَا يُوَافِقُهَا عَبْدٌ مُسْلِمٌ يَسْأَلُ اللهَ فِيهَا شَيْئًا إِلَّا أَعْطَاهُ إِيَّاهُ وَهِيَ فِي كُلِّ لَيْلَةٍ

[AI] He said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "There is an hour during the night that no Muslim servant asks Allah for goodness except that He grants it to him, and it occurs every night."

أَنَّهُ قَالَ إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ إِنَّ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ سَاعَةً لَا يُوَافِقُهَا عَبْدٌ مُسْلِمٌ يَسْأَلُ اللهَ خَيْرًا إِلَّا أَعْطَاهُ وَهِيَ كُلَّ لَيْلَةٍ

Yahya related to me from Malik from Abu'z Zinad from al-Araj from Abu Hurayra that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ mentioned the day of jumua and said, "There is a time in it when Allah gives to a muslim slave standing in prayer whatever he asks for," and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ indicated with his hand how small it was.

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ ذَكَرَ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ فَقَالَ فِيهِ سَاعَةٌ لاَ يُوَافِقُهَا عَبْدٌ مُسْلِمٌ وَهُوَ قَائِمٌ يُصَلِّي يَسْأَلُ اللَّهَ شَيْئًا إِلاَّ أَعْطَاهُ إِيَّاهُ وَأَشَارَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ بِيَدِهِ يُقَلِّلُهَا

[AI] I heard the Prophet ﷺ saying, "During the night, there is an hour in which no Muslim person asks Allah for good in this life and the hereafter except that Allah gives it to him."

سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يَقُولُ «فِي اللَّيْلِ سَاعَةٌ لَا يُوَافِقُهَا رَجُلٌ مُسْلِمٌ يَسْأَلُ اللَّهَ خَيْرًا مِنَ الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ إِلَّا أَعْطَاهُ إِيَّاهُ»

[AI] Abū al-Qāsim ﷺ said, "On a Friday, there is an hour in which no Muslim is standing and praying, asking Allah for something good, except that Allah will grant it to him."

أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ ﷺ «فِي الْجُمُعَةِ سَاعَةٌ لَا يُوَافِقُهَا مُسْلِمٌ قَائِمٌ يُصَلِّي يَسْأَلُ اللَّهَ فِيهَا خَيْرًا إِلَّا أَعْطَاهُ إِيَّاهُ»

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ إِنَّ فِي الْجُمُعَةِ لَسَاعَةً لَا يُوَافِقُهَا مُسْلِمٌ يَسْأَلُ اللَّهَ فِيهَا إِلَّا أَعْطَاهُ إِيَّاهُ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ إِنَّ في الجمعة ساعة لا يوافقها عبد مسلم يسأل الله تبارك وتعالى خيرا إلآ أعطاه إياه ولا نعلم أسند همام عن عَطَاء عن أبي هريرة ؓ إِلا هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ

عَنِ النَّبيِّ ﷺ واللفظ لعبد الوهاب قال إن في الجمعة لساعة لا يوافقها مسلم قائما يصلي يسأل الله فيها خيرا إلا أعطاه أعطاه إياه ثم قال بيده يقللها يزهدها وَهَذَا الحديثُ قَدْ رَوَاهُ غَيْرُ وَاحِدٍ عَنْ ابن سيرين عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ؓ وَرُوِيَ من وجوه عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ؓ

قال أبو القاسم ﷺ إن في الجمعة لساعة لا يوافقها عبد مسلم يسأل الله فيها خيرا إلا أعطاه إياه

قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ في الجمعة ساعة لا يوافها عبد مسلم يسأل الله فيها خيرا إلا أعطاه إياه يقللها بيده

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "On Friday, there is an hour when, if a Muslim slave asks Allah for something at that time, He will give it to him." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 1431)

عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «إِنَّ فِي الْجُمُعَةِ سَاعَةً لَا يُوَافِقُهَا عَبْدٌ مُسْلِمٌ يَسْأَلُ اللهَ فِيهَا شَيْئًا إِلَّا أَعْطَاهُ إِيَّاهُ»

[AI] Abu Al-Qasim ﷺ said, "Indeed, there is an hour on Friday that no Muslim servant stands and prays during it, and asks Allah for something except that He grants it to him." He also said, "He gestured with his hand, indicating that it is short." (Hadith 1763)

Amro bin Zurarah narrated to us, he said: Ismail informed us from Ibn Aun, from Muhammad, from Abu Hurairah, in a similar narration from Ayoub.

قَالَ أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ ﷺ «إِنَّ فِي الْجُمُعَةِ سَاعَةً لَا يُوَافِقُهَا عَبْدٌ مُسْلِمٌ قَائِمٌ يُصَلِّي يَسْأَلُ اللهَ إِلَّا أَعْطَاهُ إِيَّاهُ» وَقَالَ بِيَدِهِ يُقَلِّلُهَا يُزَهِّدُهَا 1763 أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ زُرَارَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ عَنِ ابْنِ عَوْنٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ بِنَحْوٍ مِنْ حَدِيثِ أَيُّوبَ

“The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: ‘On Friday there is a time when no Muslim man happens to stand in prayer at that time, asking Allah for good things, but He will give that to him.” And he gestured with his hand to indicate how short that time is. (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 1137)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «إِنَّ فِي الْجُمُعَةِ سَاعَةً لَا يُوَافِقُهَا مُسْلِمٌ فِي صَلَاةٍ يَسْأَلُ اللهَ فِيهَا خَيْرًا إِلَّا أَعْطَاهُ إِيَّاهُ»

Messenger of Allah ﷺ talked about Friday and said, "There is an hour (opportune time) on Friday and if a Muslim gets it while praying and asks something from Allah, then Allah will definitely meet his demand." And he (the Prophet) pointed out the shortness of that time with his hands. (Using translation from Bukhārī 935)

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ ذَكَرَ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ فَقَالَ «فِيهِ سَاعَةٌ لَا يُوَافِقُهَا عَبْدٌ مُسْلِمٌ وَهُوَ قَائِمٌ يُصَلِّي يَسْأَلَ اللهَ شَيْئًا إِلَّا أَعْطَاهُ إِيَّاهُ» وَأَشَارَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِيَدِهِ يُقَلِّلُهَا

[AI] The Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , said, "On Friday, there is an hour in which no Muslim servant who is standing in prayer asks Allah for something except that He will give it to him." The Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , pointed with his hand, closing his fingers as if he was minimizing them.

عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ «فِي الْجُمُعَةِ سَاعَةٌ لَا يُوَافِقُهَا عَبْدٌ مُسْلِمٌ وَهُوَ قَائِمٌ يُصَلِّي يَسْأَلُ اللهَ فِيهَا شَيْئًا إِلَّا أَعْطَاهُ إِيَّاهُ» وَأَشَارَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِيَدِهِ يَقْبِضُ أَصَابِعَهُ كَأَنَّهُ يُقَلِّلُهَا

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "On Friday, there is an hour when, if a Muslim slave asks Allah for something at that time, He will give it to him." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 1431)

عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «إِنَّ فِي الْجُمُعَةِ سَاعَةٌ لَا يُوَافِقُهَا عَبْدٌ مُسْلِمٌ يَسْأَلُ اللهَ فِيهَا شَيْئًا إِلَّا أَعْطَاهُ إِيَّاهُ»

[AI] Abu Hurairah narrated, "Indeed, in Friday, there is an hour where Allah does not refuse any supplication of His servant."

أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ «إِنَّ فِي الْجُمُعَةِ لَسَاعَةٌ لَا يَسْأَلُ اللهَ فِيهَا عَبْدٌ شَيْئًا إِلَّا أَعْطَاهُ إِيَّاهُ»

“The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: ‘On Friday there is a time when no Muslim man happens to stand in prayer at that time, asking Allah for good things, but He will give that to him.” And he gestured with his hand to indicate how short that time is. (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 1137)

نَبِيُّ اللهِ ﷺ «إِنَّ فِي الْجُمُعَةِ لَسَاعَةٌ لَا يُوَافِقُهَا مُسْلِمٌ فِي صَلَاةٍ يَسْأَلُ اللهَ فِيهَا خَيْرًا إِلَّا أَعْطَاهُ إِيَّاهُ»

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ mentioned Friday and said there is a hour during it in which no Muslim slave stands and prays, asking Allah for something except that He gives it to him. And the Messenger of Allah ﷺ gestured with his hand, making it small.

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ ذَكَرَ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ فَقَالَ فِيهِ سَاعَةٌ لَا يُوَافِقُهَا عَبْدٌ مُسْلِمٌ وَفِي رِوَايَةِ الشَّافِعِيِّ إِنْسَانٌ مُسْلِمٌ وَهُوَ قَائِمٌ يُصَلِّي يَسْأَلُ اللهَ شَيْئًا إِلَّا أَعْطَاهُ إِيَّاهُ وَأَشَارَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِيَدِهِ يُقَلِّلُهَا

"إِنَّ في الَّليل لَسَاعَةً لا يُوَافقُهَا عَبْدٌ مُسلِمٌ يَسْألُ اللَّهَ ﷻ فيها خَيْرًا مِنْ أمْرِ الدُّنْيَا والآخِرَةِ إِلَّا أَعْطَاهُ إِيًاهُ، وَذَلِكَ كُلَّ لَيْلَةٍ ".

"إِنَّ في الجُمُعة لسَاعَةً لا يُوَافِقُهَا عَبْدٌ مُسْلِمٌ وهُو قائِمٌ يُصَلِّى يَسْألُ اللَّهَ فِيهَا خَيْرًا إِلا أعْطَاهُ إِيَّاهُ، وَهِى سَاعَةٌ خَفِيفةٌ ".

"إِنَّ فِى الجُمُعَةِ لَسَاعَةً، لا يَسْأَلُ اللَّهَ العبدُ شَيْئًا، إِلَّا أَعْطَاهُ إِيَّاهُ".
