Abu Hurayra reported that the Prophet ﷺ used to say, "O Allah, I seek refuge with You from poverty, need and abasement. I seek refuge with You from being unjust or wronged."

عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ يَقُولُ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْفَقْرِ وَالْقِلَّةِ وَالذِّلَّةِ وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ أَنْ أَظْلِمَ أَوْ أُظْلَمَ

The Prophet ﷺ used to say:

allāhumma innī aʿūdhu bika min al-faqri wa-al-qillati wa-al-dhillati, wa-aʿūdhu bika min an aẓlima aw uẓlam

(O Allah, I seek refuge in You from poverty, deficiency, humiliation, and I seek refuge in You that I do ˹something˺ wrong or that I be wronged ˹by someone˺)"

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَانَ يَقُولُ:

«(اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْفَقْرِ وَالْقِلَّةِ وَالذِّلَّةِ وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ أَنْ أَظْلِمَ أَوْ أُظْلَمَ)»

The Messenger of Allah [SAW] used to say: "Allahumma, inni a'udhu bika minal-faqri wa a'udhu bika min al-qillati wadh-dhillati, wa a'udhu bika an azlima aw uzlam (O Allah, I seek refuge with you from poverty, I seek refuge with You from want and humiliation, and I seek refuge with You from wronging others or being wronged.)" Al-Awza'I contradicted him.

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ كَانَ يَقُولُ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْفَقْرِ وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْقِلَّةِ وَالذِّلَّةِ وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ أَنْ أَظْلِمَ أَوْ أُظْلَمَ خَالَفَهُ الأَوْزَاعِيُّ

"The Messenger of Allah [SAW] said: 'Seek refuge with Allah from poverty, want, humiliation and wronging others or being wronged.'"

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ تَعَوَّذُوا بِاللَّهِ مِنَ الْفَقْرِ وَالْقِلَّةِ وَالذِّلَّةِ وَأَنْ تَظْلِمَ أَوْ تُظْلَمَ

From the Prophet [SAW], that he used to say: "Allahumma inni a'udhu bika minal-qillati wal-faqri, wadh-dhillati wa a'udhu bika min azlima aw uzlam (O Allah, I seek refuge with You from want, poverty and humiliation, and I seek refuge with You from wronging others or being wronged.)"

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَانَ يَقُولُ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْقِلَّةِ وَالْفَقْرِ وَالذِّلَّةِ وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ أَنْ أَظْلِمَ أَوْ أُظْلَمَ

"The Messenger of Allah [SAW] said: 'Seek refuge with Allah from poverty, want and humiliation, and from wronging others or being wronged.'"

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ تَعَوَّذُوا بِاللَّهِ مِنَ الْفَقْرِ وَمِنَ الْقِلَّةِ وَمِنَ الذِّلَّةِ وَأَنْ أَظْلِمَ أَوْ أُظْلَمَ

The Messenger of Allah [SAW] said: "Seek refuge with Allah from poverty, want and humiliation, and from wronging others or being wronged."

عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ تَعَوَّذُوا بِاللَّهِ مِنَ الْفَقْرِ وَالْقِلَّةِ وَالذِّلَّةِ وَأَنْ تَظْلِمَ أَوْ تُظْلَمَ

the Messenger of Allah (saas) said: "Seek refuge with Allah from poverty, insufficiency and humiliation, and from wronging (others) and being wronged.'"

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ تَعَوَّذُوا بِاللَّهِ مِنَ الْفَقْرِ وَالْقِلَّةِ وَالذِّلَّةِ وَأَنْ تَظْلِمَ أَوْ تُظْلَمَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ تَعَوَّذُوا بِاللهِ مِنَ الْفَقْرِ وَالْقِلَّةِ وَالذِّلَّةِ وَأَنْ تَظْلِمَ أَوْ تُظْلَمَ

[AI] The Prophet ﷺ used to say: "O Allah, I seek refuge in You from disbelief, poverty, and the torment of the grave."

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَانَ يَقُولُ اللهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْكُفْرِ وَالْفَقْرِ وَعَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ

[AI] "The Prophet ﷺ used to say after every prayer: O Allah, I seek refuge in You from disbelief, poverty, and the punishment of the grave."

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَانَ يَقُولُ فِي دُبُرِ كُلِّ صَلَاةٍ اللهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْكُفْرِ وَالْفَقْرِ وَعَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ

[AI] The Prophet ﷺ used to say after prayer, "O Allah, indeed I seek refuge in You from disbelief, poverty, and the punishment of the grave."

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَانَ يَقُولُ فِي دُبُرِ الصَّلَاةِ «اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْكُفْرِ وَالْفَقْرِ وَعَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ»

the Messenger of Allah (saas) said: "Seek refuge with Allah from poverty, insufficiency and humiliation, and from wronging (others) and being wronged.'" (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 3842)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «تَعَوَّذُوا بِاللَّهِ مِنَ الْفَقْرَ وَالْقِلَّةِ وَالذِّلَّةِ وَأَنْ تُظْلَمَ أَوْ أَنْ تَظْلِمَ»

the Messenger of Allah (saas) said: "Seek refuge with Allah from poverty, insufficiency and humiliation, and from wronging (others) and being wronged.'" (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 3842)

"استعيذوا بالله منَ الفقْر والعَيلةِ ومِنْ أنْ تَظلِمُوا أو تُظلَمُوا ".

"اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الفقْرِ والقلَّةِ والذِّلَّةِ، وأَعُود بِكَ (منْ) أَنْ أظلمَ أوْ أظلَمَ" .

"تَعَوَّذُوا باللَّهِ، مِنَ الفَقْرِ، وَالقِلَّةِ، وَالذِّلَةِ، وَأَنْ تَظْلِمَ، أَوْ تُظْلَمَ".
