that he heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: "In the black seed there is healing from every disease except al-sam."

أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ: «فِي الْحَبَّةِ السَّوْدَاءِ شِفَاءٌ مِنْ كُلِّ دَاءٍ إِلَّا السَّامَ».

that he heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: "Indeed, in the black seed there is healing from every disease except al-sam;" and al-sam is death, and the black seed is shuniz."

أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ: «إِنَّ فِي الْحَبَّةِ السَّوْدَاءِ شِفَاءً مِنْ كُلِّ دَاءٍ إِلاَّ السَّامَ»، وَالسَّامُ الْمَوْتُ، وَالْحَبَّةُ السَّوْدَاءُ الشُّونِيزُ.»

that he heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: "In the black seed there is healing for every disease except sam." al-sam means death, and the black seed is shuniz.

أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ: «إِنَّ فِي الْحَبَّةِ السَّوْدَاءِ شِفَاءً مِنْ كُلِّ دَاءٍ إِلاَّ السَّامَ». وَالسَّامُ: الْمَوْتُ، وَالْحَبَّةُ السَّوْدَاءُ: الشُّونِيزُ.

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said about this black seed, "It is a remedy for every disease except death." They said, "O Messenger of Allah, what is death?" He said, "It is the end."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ فِي هَذِهِ الْحَبَّةِ السَّوْدَاءِ شِفَاءٌ مِنْ كُلِّ دَاءٍ إِلَّا السَّامَ قَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ وَمَا السَّامُ؟ قَالَ الْمَوْتُ

[Machine] From the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, he said, "Black seed is a cure for every disease except for death and death is poison."

عَنِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ الْحَبَّةُ السَّوْدَاءُ شِفَاءٌ من كُلِّ دَاءٍ إِلَّا السَّامَ وَالسَّامُ الْمَوْتُ

“I heard Salim bin ‘Abdullah narrating from his father that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: ‘You should eat this black seed, for in it there is healing from every disease, except the Sam (death).’” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 3448)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَلَيْكُمْ بِهَذِهِ الْحَبَّةِ السَّوْدَاءِ فَإِنَّ فِيهَا شِفَاءً مِنْ كُلِّ دَاءٍ إِلَّا السَّامَ قِيلَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ وَمَا السَّامُ؟ قَالَ الْمَوْتُ

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said about this black seed: "It is a remedy for every disease except death." They said: "O Messenger of Allah, what is death?" He said: "It is the end of life."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فِي هَذِهِ الْحَبَّةِالسَّوْدَاءِ شِفَاءٌ مِنْ كُلِّ دَاءٍ إِلَّا السَّامَ قَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ وَمَا السَّامُ؟ قَالَ الْمَوْتُ

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "The Siwak (toothstick) is cleansing for the mouth and pleasing to the Lord. And in the black seed is healing from every disease except death." They said, "O Messenger of Allah, what is death?" He said, "Death is the ultimate defeat."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ السِّوَاكُ مَطْيَبَةٌ لِلْفَمِ مَرْضَاةٌ لِلرَّبِّ وَفِي الْحَبَّةِ السَّوْدَاءِ شِفَاءٌ مِنْ كُلِّ دَاءٍ إِلَّا السَّامَ قَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ وَمَا السَّامُ؟ قَالَ الْمَوْتُ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Use this black seed, for in it there is a cure for every disease except as-sam, and as-sam is death."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: «عَلَيْكُمْ بِهَذِهِ الْحِبَّةِ السَّوْدَاءِ فَإِنَّ فِيهَا شِفَاءً مِنْ كُلِّ دَاءٍ إِلَّا السَّامَ وَالسَّامُ الْمَوْتُ»

اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم قَالَ مَا مِنْ داء إلاَّ وفي الحبة السوداء فيه شفاء إلاَّ الموت

اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم قَالَ إِنَّ الْحَبَّةَ السَّوْدَاءَ شِفَاءٌ مِنْ كُلِّ دَاءٍ إلاَّ السَّامَ

"عَلَيكُمْ بالسَّنَا والسَّنُّوتِ، فإِنَّ فيهما شفاءً من كل داءٍ، إلا السَّامُ، قالوا: يا رسول الله وما السام؟ قال: الموتُ".
