البزّار:٤٢٠٠ – حَدَّثنا سَعِيد قَال حَدَّثنا أَبُو القاسم بن أبي الزناد قَال حَدَّثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ عَن دَاود بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ عَن عِكْرِمة عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِي اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا أَنَّ رَجُلا طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ

فَجَاءَتْ إِلَى النَّبِيّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم فَقَالَ لا نفقة ولاَ سكنى
