الطبراني:٢١٤٠٠ – حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الدَّبَرِيُّ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا أَبُو حُذَيْفَةَ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا يُوسُفُ الْقَاضِي ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ قَالَا ثنا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ كُهَيْلٍ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ قَيْسٍ قَالَتْ

طَلَّقَنِي زَوْجِي ثَلَاثًا فَجِئْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَقَالَ «لَا نَفَقَةَ لَكِ وَلَا سُكْنَى»

طَلَّقَنِي زَوْجِي ثَلاَثًا فَلَمْ يَجْعَلْ لِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ سُكْنَى وَلاَ نَفَقَةً

Fatimah bint Qais said: “My husband divorced me at the time of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ three times. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'You have no right to accommodation or to maintenance.'”

ابن ماجة:٢٠٣٦ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ قَالَتْ

فَجَاءَتْ إِلَى النَّبِيّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم فَقَالَ لا نفقة ولاَ سكنى
